Tracking and delivery
You’ll receive an email notification once your parcel leaves your US address. Delivery time to Australia is estimated to be 5–8 business days*.
To track your parcel, log in to ShopMate and select “My Tracking”. You’ll be able to see when it left the USA and when it will arrive in Australia.
Once your parcel reaches Australia, you can track its progress using Australia Post’s My Deliveries
tool. Log in to your Australia Post or ShopMate account to access this tool, track your parcel and manage delivery.
Delivery in Australia
All ShopMate orders require a signature on delivery from the buyer. This offers greater protection in the event that an unauthorised person attempts to accept your parcel. For this reason, ShopMate will not deliver to PO Box.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, we'll leave a card advising you which post office we've sent your parcel to.
However, if you know you won't be around to accept delivery, you may be able to have your eligible parcels sent to a free Australia Post Parcel Locker
instead. By registering for a Parcel Locker, you authorise Australia Post to deliver parcels to your locker without requiring a signature on delivery.
Changing delivery details
You can change the delivery details for a parcel once it’s arrived in Australia. Use Australia Post’s My Deliveries
tool to select your preferred delivery address.
*5-8 business day estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Specific delivery times will be available online at auspost.com.au.
