ShopMate Tracking & Deliveries
Tracking and delivery
You’ll receive an email notification once your package leaves your US address. Delivery time to Australia is usually 5–8 business days.

Tracking
To track your package, log in to ShopMate and select “My Tracking”. You’ll be able to see when it left the USA and when it will arrive in Australia.

Once your package reaches Australia, you can track its progress using Australia Post’s My Deliveries tool. Log in to your Australia Post or ShopMate account to access this tool, track your package and manage delivery.

Delivery in Australia
All ShopMate orders require a signature on delivery from the buyer. This offers greater protection in the event that an unauthorised person attempts to accept your parcel. For this reason, ShopMate will not deliver to PO Box.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, we'll have a card advising you which post office we've sent your parcel to.
However, if you know you won't be around to accept delivery, you can choose to have your parcels sent to an Australia Post Parcel Locker instead. By registering for a Parcel Locker, you authorise Australia Post to deliver parcels to your locker without requiring a signature on delivery.

Changing delivery details
You can change the delivery details for a package once it’s arrived in Australia. Use Australia Post’s My Deliveries tool to select your preferred delivery address.

GST, duty and Customs clearance
No US Customs declaration is required for orders below USD2,500. For orders equalling or exceeding USD2,500, you will need to submit a Shipper's Export Declaration (SED). Find out how to submit an SED.

Depending on the value and type of items you purchase, GST and/or duties may be payable when your parcel reaches Australia. Information about these charges is available on the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service website. If your parcel is assessed for GST and/or duty, we will contact you.

Paying clearance charges
You may need to pay additional costs for your item to be cleared by Customs. You can choose to use Australia Post or another clearance agent to organise Customs clearance (service fees will apply). Alternatively, you can arrange clearance with Customs directly. Please refer to the Customs website for more details.
